In order to return your product there are certain points that has to be taken under consideration by buyer:
1. Product should be in same condition as sent to the buyer
2. Product should not be used in any way.
3. If the defect is not recognized within 7 days of delivery we are not liable for any exchange return or refund.
Refund return or replacement has to be done withing 7 working days after delivery.
RETURN PICK-UP AND PROCESSING
Pick-up for the return will be from the same place where the goods were delivered.
During pick-up your product will be checked for the following conditions :
1. Undamaged product: the product should be undamaged and without any scraches dents tears or holes.
2. Unused: the product should be unused unsoiled unwashed without any stains and with non tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals(whenever applicable).
3. Product original packaging / box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For ant products for which a refund is to be given,the refund will processed once the returned product has been received by seller.
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever ,a refund will be given.
during open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received different or damaged product, refund will be given hand to hand(on cash on delivery).
Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed except for manufacturing defects. In such cases the category specific replacement return condition will be applicable.
